What a magically fun piece for your mantle display! In pretty good used condition, considering its age. Does have some wear on the gold hardware of the jingling bells (shown up close). The green rope tying on the skates and the bells are a little frayed at the ends. Some dark marks on the white plastic base (pointed out). Some crayon or wax in the wording on the bottom. Takes C batteries and will NOT come with any. In working condition
